In every case, prevention is the best way to overcome the problem, including the Zoom Bombing problem.
We can use the " Waiting Room " feature in the Zoom application to prevent outsiders from taking over.
The following steps is how to activate the Waiting Room feature on the Zoom application.

1. Open account management >> account settings, scroll down to the "Waiting Room" option, then activate the feature.

2. After activating the "Waiting Room" feature, then specify who can attend the tele-conference. For example choosing the "All Participants" option to put everyone in the hearing room by default, or "Guest Participants Only" to add people from various Zoom accounts.

You can also allow other conference participants to accept people from the Waiting Room.

3. Furthermore, the Waiting Room can be arranged for certain meetings. We can schedule meetings in advance through the Schedule Meeting option.

4. To see the next meeting, all you have to do is click Upcoming Meeting.

5. Next, check to activate the Waiting Room for certain meetings.

6. You can also activate the Waiting Room for all meetings with your personal meeting ID. This option can be done by, from the Meeting option then select the Personal Meeting Room option.

7. Click Edit this Meeting

8. Make sure to activate the Waiting Room by giving a check mark, then press save.

9. This is what the meeting participants will see when they are in the Waiting Room.

10. The host can control the Waiting Room by selecting Manage Participants.

11. While the "More" option gives users several options, including putting someone in the Waiting Room.

12. After the meeting starts, prospective meeting participants can be accepted from the waiting list at the bottom of "Manage Participants" or manage participants.

13. Or, you also select all participants in the Waiting Room to be accepted at once.

14. Next, by clicking "More" on "Video Participants" they can be sent to the Waiting Room during the call.
